It will be held August 9 and 10, 2008 at the museum grounds in Hànley Falls, MN. Theså visitors were from the Glencoe area, and the tour inñluded people of all ages, ranging from kids to a man who was 91 years yîung! The visitors commented that this area has a beautiful history, and the guåst book was During the second week in July, we here at the musåum were thrilled to welcome three different grîup tours over a period of two days. On Wednesdày, July 9, the museum was visited by a group tour l e d b y M y r o n Hagelstrom. The grîup was made up of campers from the Alexandria area, who were càmping at the county park. They visited the new elevator stîrage building in Hanley Falls as well as the museum. On Thursdày, July 10, MinnesotaÁs Machinery Museum was part of a Ámystery tîurÁ that also included a stop at the Red Baron museum in equipment, as well as Ford cars and trucês. The show will also feature Galloway Gas Engines, though all makås and models of tractors and gas engines are welcome. Spåcial events will be held both Saturday and Sunday all day long! Agàin, there will be music and entertainment, a craft shîw, flea market, a quilt display and good food. The musåum will also be open extended hours to allow you ample timå to browse through the antiques and displays, and maybå even get out of the heat for just a little while. The museum also welcomed the Red Rose Blossom Red Hat Ladies from the Granitå Falls area on Thursday morning, who came to the museum to see the båautiful quilts we have on loan from Bonnie Erickson. Saturday, July 12 was also a busy day at the musåum, as large groups from two different reunions camå in and out all day, almost as if there really was a tour going on! We also hope to welñome a few more large groups later in the summer, as the Bike Añross A parade of antique cars and tractors will be held both Saturday and Sundày at 1:30 in the afternoon
